You don't need to spend hours in the gym, nor should you. You can get a physically tough, and mentally demanding workout accomplished in 30 minutes.

Life is fast, so be efficient.

Life is tough, so make yourself tougher.

This 30-minute circuit workout is mostly a bodyweight workout that could be accomplished at home with small variations.

This workout does not require any special machines, barbells, or plates. You don't even need dumbbells if you don't want them.

This is all about YOU. Pushing your mind and your body to a better version of itself.

The Spartan 30-Minute Circuit can be done week in and week out. It is not a set program that runs a 6 week. There are odd weeks (Week 1,3,5,7,etc.), and even weeks (Weeks 2,4,6,8,etc.).

You can run this workout as much or as little as you want. AND, this workout can vary as much as you want. You can mold it to you. Add reps and sets if you need to. Or, decrease the reps and sets, but add weight to focus more on strength.

This workout can be used to in the spring and summer when you focus on cutting. Or, it can be used in the fall and winter (in a different variation) when you focus on building muscle.

You can make it what you want, but you better make it tough.
